We sit at the same table as a director of the construction as the client sider.
We analyse the details of the contract.

GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY

Before construction,the ground-breaking ceremony is held to pray the safety of construction.
there are people who don't hold this ceremony.

STARTING CONSTRUCTION

At last, the construction of the new building starts.
We direct the construction and observe if the building is being constructed according to the drawings or not.

COMPLETION
When the building is completed,we check it in detail,and then the client checks.
After that the building is delivered from the construction company to the client.





DESIGN FEE

We use our VE(Value Engineering) skill.So we set the design fee based on the type and the area of the building,
not based on the construction cost.
In Renovation's case,we set it about 15% of the construction cost.
